Condenan a 30 años a chino que m4tó a dos prestamistas y los s3pultó en el sótano de su edificio. M4tó y 3nterró en un edificio de su propiedad a dos prestamistas a quienes le debía una suma millonaria.

El Cuarto Tribunal Colegiado del Distrito Nacional condenó a 30 años de prisión y el pago de una indemnización de RD$75,000, 000 al ciudadano chino Guo Sen Liang Situ (Frank), tras hallarlo culpable de haber m4tado y 3nterrado en el sotano de un edificio de su propiedad a prestamistas en marzo de 2016.

De acuerdo con el expediente acusatorio “Frank” ultimó a los prestamistas José Silva y Héctor Antonio Méndez tras citarlos a un edificio en construcción ubicado en el sector Gascue del Distrito Nacional donde prometió pagar una deuda de 13 millones de pesos que había tomado de ellos.

Tras cometer el crimen Guo Sen Liang Situ huyó del país y burló a las autoridades dominicanas por tres años, hasta que fue detenido en el año 2019 cuando intentaba penetrar a territorio de Estados Unidos desde México portando documentos falsos, en cuya depuración se descubrió su verdadera identidad.

Tras dar parte a la Interpol, se descubrió la orden de captura internacional y fue dejado arrestado.

Tras agotar los trámites correspondientes Liang Situ fue extraditado a República Dominicana en octubre del año 2019, dando inicio al proceso judicial en el que la defensa técnica de Liang Situ argumentó que escapó del país por temor.

Tras más de una semana del reporte de la desaparición de la pareja de primos, el 14 de marzo de 2016 los cuerpos fueron hallados sepultados en el parqueo soterrado del edificio que estaba en construcción, ubicado en la calle Arístides Fiallo Cabral número 105-A, propiedad del chino de 40 años.

Durante las investigaciones los familiares de las víctimas contaron a la Policía Nacional que su padre y su primo habían salido a cobrar la deuda millonaria a Guo Sen (13 millones de pesos) y nunca más volvieron.

De las cinco personas detenidas para fines de investigación, a solo una el juez Alejandro Vargas le impuso medida de coerción. Se trató de Luis Paredes Ortiz, de 45 años, a quien supuestamente el chino le ofreció RD$100 mil pesos para que se deshiciera de los cuerpos de los prestamistas. En la investigación fue enviado a cumplir la medida en la cárcel de La Victoria.
