Las autoridades competentes, en conjunto con los principales representantes del instituto en donde se llevó a cabo la problemática entre los dos jóvenes el día de hoy, han condenado lo ocurrido e informaron que se tomarán medidas al respecto.

Las acciones violentas entre los dos estudiantes ocurrió en la sede de la Universidad Católica Nordestana (UCNE), precisamente en el área de la cafetería.

Luego de lo ocurrido, el personal directivo de dicho recinto ha notificado a la ciudadanía y al gremio que el agresor será suspendido desde este momento, hasta que el Consejo Disciplinario se reúna para tomar una decisión definitiva.

Apegándose a lo establecido en el Reglamento Académico, en el Capítulo III, artículo 4 sobre Actos de Indisciplina, se tiene en cuenta lo siguiente:

“La agresión física o verbal a los miembros de la comunidad Ucneana en actividades ligadas a lo académico, dentro o fuera de la UCNE, puede tener como sanción: 1) Expulsión del semestre en curso; 2) No inscripción por uno o más semestres; y 3) Expulsión definitiva de acuerdo a la gravedad del hecho”.

Se están llevando a cabo las respectivas investigaciones para aclarar este inconveniente. Por lo pronto, no se ha confirmado con precisión el estado actual de la víctima de esta agresión.
