J., de 59 años, cargaba en sus brazos a su otra hija, la cual es dos años menor que su hermana, la fallecida.
Lo que se presume es que la niña había ido a la tienda con su padre, el señor José, y su hermana. Iban en busca de golosinas, pero, al estar próximo a llegar al establecimiento comercial, fue tanta la emoción que echó a correr, motivo por el cual se soltó de su padre y ocurrió la desgracia.
Testigos oculares reportaron que el involucrado en este hecho iba a bordo de un vehículo marca Aveo, de color rojo, el cual fue precisado en el cruce de San Lázaro. Sin embargo, éste logró escapar rápidamente, por lo cual las autoridades perdieron su rastro.
